1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Tarmyq mobile application or the Tarmyq website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Tarmyq is an informational tool that provides general guidance about ground transportation options at airports worldwide. The Service is provided for convenience only. Tarmyq is not a transportation provider, booking platform, or agent for any rideshare, taxi, shuttle, or transit operator.
3. No Guarantees of Accuracy
Airport facilities, ground transportation options, pickup zones, signage, operating hours, availability, pricing, regulations, and safety conditions change frequently and without notice. While we work to keep information current, we make no representation or warranty that any information in the Service is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.
4. No Financial or Pricing Information
Tarmyq does not display fare amounts or cost estimates. Any references to relative cost (e.g. "Low", "Medium", "High") are general guidance only and are not quotes, estimates, or commitments.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree that you will:
(a) use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes;
(b) follow all applicable laws, airport rules, and operator terms when using any third-party transportation;
(c) exercise your own judgment about safety, including verifying drivers, vehicles, and licensing in person;
(d) not scrape, copy, mirror, redistribute, or build a competing product from data made available through the Service;
(e) not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service, its APIs, or its security mechanisms;
(f) not use automated systems (bots, crawlers, scrapers) to access the Service except as expressly permitted in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all source code, design, the "Tarmyq" name and wordmark, the Q-mark icon, the tagline "Land. Choose. Go.", and all airport guidance content, is the proprietary property of the copyright holder and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. No license is granted except as expressly set out in these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service may link to or surface third-party apps and websites (such as Uber, Lyft, transit operators, or airport authorities). Tarmyq does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, availability, safety, pricing, or practices of any third party. Your use of any third-party service is governed solely by that party's own terms and policies.
8. Location and Device Permissions
With your permission, the Service may use your device's location to identify the nearest airport. Location data is processed on your device and is not stored on Tarmyq servers unless you explicitly submit it. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings.
9. Feedback Submissions
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or reports through the Service, you grant Tarmyq a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into the Service without compensation or attribution.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TARMYQ AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, ANY THIRD-PARTY TRANSPORTATION USED IN RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE, OR ANY INACCURACY IN THE INFORMATION PROVIDED.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tarmyq and its operators from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Modification of the Service and the Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms; revisions take effect when posted in the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Illinois, United States.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
