Where to start
KLIA Ekspres (express train) or Grab

Take KLIA Ekspres — ~28–30 minutes non-stop to KL Sentral, contactless tap-and-pay — then Grab or the monorail onward. Shuttle

Airport coaches run from both terminals to KL Sentral (~60–90 min) — the lowest-cost option, though slower than the train.
